こんにちは、Shibuya Fitness Sharezの福本修也です。2018年現在、大学生として勉学に勤しみながら、パーソナルトレーナーとしても活動しています。
今回は、2018年7月に開催されたボディメイクコンテストに向けて実施した「私の1日のフル減量食」を動画で紹介したいと思います!
目標は2ヶ月で6kgの減量
減量開始5月1日からで、コンテストが開催される7月1日まで2ヶ月の減量です。
開始した頃の体重は76kgあり、コンテストまでに70kg前後(約6kgの減量)を目標にしていました。
撮影時は大会の約1ヶ月前。この時期の1日食事内容を動画にまとめてみましたので、内容をチェックしてみてください!
